believes that they are well on our way to
creating a park-like atmosphere at one of
the oldest facilities in Martin County.
As
part of the construction taking place, new
dockage, seawall replacement and concrete
piers have been installed. The next phase
of construction is to include a fuel facility
that meets the standards that the owners are
accustomed to. Petroleum Marine Consultants
was awarded the contract after negotiations
with the owner. During negotiations it became
perfectly clear that our 30years of experience
in the marina fueling business assured the
owners that they would receive a truly specialized
fuel facility.
The
installation of one (1) 12,000 diesel and
one (1) 12,000 gallon gasoline Eultron double
wall storage tank system with factory installed
fiberglass collars and fiberglass piping sumps
on each tank, will provide an abundance of
storage while meeting all environmental concerns.
FePetro2hp
submersible pumps are to be installed in each
fuel storage tank with mechanical leak detectors.
Environ 3” Geoflex –M piping will
be installed from the diesel storage tank
to two (2) PMC FH-510 diesel dispensers. Environ
2” Geoflex-M pipe was chosen to supply
the fuel to two (2) PMC FH-510 gasoline dispensers.
Our design team had the vision and knowledge
to engineer a fueling system that would include
four (4) fueling positions with two diesel
positions with +35 gpm and two gasoline fueling
positions with + 15 gpm. A Pneumercator TMS-3000
compliance monitor system was chosen for tank
gauging, sump sensor, and interstitial monitoring
AA Marina maybe one of the oldest marine facilities
in Martin County, but as well as other facility
upgrades, can now boast the newest state of
the art fuel facility in the area.
