With both a General Contractor’s and Pollutant Storage Specialty Contractor license, thirty years experience in the marina fueling industry, and more than 100 marina fuel facilities installed in the USA and Caribbean, Paul’s experience and knowledge in this specialized industry is unsurpassed. Paul is in charge of the day to day operation and management of all facets of the company. Design, consulting, engineering, estimating, contracting new clients, and all construction site responsibilities, comes with the operation of a small design-build firm.

Paul gained experienced in all phases of the business operation through successive promotions within the company. Obtained revenues from independent and major oil companies, formulated bid figures and supervised multiple construction projects.
