With
over twenty-five years experience in the petroleum
industry, Paul is responsible for the day
to day management of the company and is the
senior operating officer. As a licensed Pollutant
Storage System Specialty Contractor (PSSSC)
he provides direct field supervision in the
design, engineering, and installation of marine
fuel facilities. His experience and expertise
includes: Estimating, flow rate calculations,
supervision of construction and installations,
scheduling, and site surveys. Paul is also
educated in the design and implantation of
spill control including prevention, clean
up, removal and transportation of non hazardous
contaminated liquids and soils.
