Admiral’s
Cove Marina is the crown jewel of Jupiter,
featuring a 70 slip marina, 975 acres of golf
and waterfront luxury in a secured environment
within 2 miles of Jupiter’s famous beaches.
When
it was time for Admiral’s Cove to upgrade
the marina’s fuel facility, the design
team was contracted to install a state of
the art fuel facility .Phase 1 consisted of
the removal of the existing dispensing system
and the demolition of the fuel dock.
Our
design team, with the input of our client,
went to work on engineering a fueling system
site specific. All product was purged from
the existing piping, piping was inert, and
properly removed and disposed at a licensed
facility. A closure report was submitted and
accepted by E.R.M.
Two
(2) Dual High Speed Bennett Big flow dispensers
with external filters, and four (4) Duro stainless
steel electric rewind hose reels with enclosures,
are installed to provide a state of the art
fuel facility. All the equipment is installed
on a 8" concrete slab reinforced with
#4 rebar 12" @ center located at the
seawall. The design team chose Environ UV
coaxial 3" diesel and 2" gasoline
piping w/ hardware to provide fuel delivery
to the dispensing area.
Flame
arrestors are installed within each dispenser
sump. The completed project is not just efficient
in the fact that 25 gpm per nozzle has been
achieved; it is pleasing to the eye and blends
perfectly with the ideals that are Admiral’s
Cove. Service and compliance are also provided.
