Bay Bridge Marina is The Largest Spring In-Water Boat Show - "Bay Bridge Boat Show" -Bay Bridge Marina features 8 Boat Brokers, offering the finest new and used luxury motor yachts, performance boats, ski boats and fishing boats.

Bay Bridge Marina is located in Maryland at the East end of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge on 50 acres of landscaped grounds. A full service marina featuring: floating piers from 40 to 55 ft. and dockage to 100 ft.; BP fuel dock offering 89, 93, and Diesel Fuel; restaurants; shopping nearby; ships store; service department; winter storage; yacht brokers on site. Transients welcome.

Scope of Work: Phase I

Obtain State of Maryland Underground Storage System Technician Certification.

Perform proper closure of existing over the water fuel distribution system piping. Install onshore transition sump within 10ft of the seawall intersection with new fuel dock gangway Install within onshore transition sump required IPP entry fittings, breakaway valves, shutoff valves, and solenoid valves, for proper connections for the new piping to the exiting underground discharge product piping. All work will follow PEI/RP-1000-09!

Provide & install +- 50 ft for each for three (3) products, 2” double wall IPP UL-971 UV Fire retardant product pipe and fittings attached as required under gangway connecting within dock transition sump. Provide & install within new dock one (1) inline piping sump with water proof lid and IPP entry fittings. Provide & installed within the new dock inline sump are the required breakaway valves, and shutoff valves for proper connections for the new piping to the gangway product piping.

Provide & install one (1) +- 240’ 2” 89 octane gasoline IPP UL-971 UV Fire retardant product double wall marine product piping from the designated gasoline valves within the transition sump to two (2) Dresser Wayne Marina gasoline dual product dual hose dispenser located on new floating fuel dock T head. Provide & install one (1) +- 240’ 2” 93 octane gasoline IPP UL-971 UV Fire retardant product double wall marine product piping from the designated gasoline valves within the transition sump to two (2) Dresser Wayne Marina gasoline dual hose dual product dispensers located on new floating fuel dock T head.

Provide & install one (1) +- 240’ 2” diesel product double wall marina IPP UL-971 UV Fire retardant product piping from the designated diesel valves within the transition sump to one (1) Dresser Wayne Marina  diesel dual hose single product dispenser located on new floating fuel dock T head. All dispensing positions include 1” x 50’ Duro spring rewind reels within fiberglass enclosures.

Phase II : Additional Work Per Comar 26.10.03.02

Onshore piping system did not meet requirements per MDE. Perform closure of the existing piping and tank top hardware system. Perform tank tightness test on 3 existing tanks.

Provide and install (6) tank sump mounting flanges, (3) STP containment sumps, 2hp FE Perto submersible pumps, with mechanical leak detectors. Provide install (3) Emco Wheaton 5 gallon double wall spill containment manholes, fill adaptors, caps and overfill drop tubes with shut off valves. Provide and install (3) Emco Wheaton spill containment manholes with (2) stage 1 vapor adaptors, caps, and (1) bar cap (Diesel tank) Provide and install (1)  vent rack, new IPP 2” double wall, piping to determined location not to exceed 30’ from tanks, (3) new steel vent risers, (2) pv caps, and (1) rain cap.

Provide and install IPP 2” double wall piping not to exceed 900’.Provide and install (1) emergency disconnect with proper signage Obtain all required inspections by state and local authorities, including MDE. Backfill tank top, and piping trenches with 3/8” pea gravel Provide and install (3) 44” composite stp manholes, (3) 18” composite ATG manholes. Provide and Pour 34’x32’x8” 3000psi with fibermesh reinforcement. Restore all landscaping disturbed by petroleum work only. Purge all product piping.

Perform third party tank and line tests by state certified tester.

Perform site assessment per MDE requirements using stated EPA methods
