Dual
Superflow
Dispensers
When your fueling rate requirements outpace
ordinary service station dispensers look to
PMC for a solution.
PMC
Dual Superflow Dispensers
are versatile high speed units. Superflow
Dispensers consistently give
the highest flow rate available to meet your
most demanding requirements.
•
15/35/60 GPM Configurations
• Piston or Rotary PD Meters
• Resale Accuracy
• Interlock - Forced Reset
• Stainless Steel Enclosure
• Powder Coated or Stainless Frame
• Commercial or Retail Displays
• Optional Pulse Outputs
• Custom Configurations
• Satellite Capable (30/60 GPM Units)
PMC’s
Dual Superflow dispenser is
essentially two SF single dispensers paired
in a common housing. Since both sides are
electrically and hydraulically separate each
can be configured independently. The following
configurations are possible in either side
of a Dual Superflow dispenser. A Master /
Satellite arrangement can also be provided.
Conventional
Speed— Rated for 15
GPM, contains a positive displacement piston
meter, a 1” solenoid valve, 1”
inlet strainer and 1” discharge to accommodate
a 3/4” or 1” hose and nozzle (1A
style).
Intermediate
Speed—Rated for 35 GPM,
contains a 1 1/2” positive displacement
rotary meter, a 1” solenoid valve, 1
1/2” inlet strainer and a 1” discharge
to accommodate a 1” hose and nozzle
(7H style).
High
Speed—Rated
for 60 GPM, contains a 1 1/2” positive
displacement rotary meter, a 1 1/2”
solenoid valve, 1 1/2” inlet strainer
and a 1 1/2” discharge to accommodate
a 1 1/4” or 1 1/2” hose and nozzle
(1290 style).
Mechanical
Commercial units display volume
only and are fitted with a five digit, resettable
counter and a seven digit, non-resettable
totalizer (shaft driven by the meter). Although
these units are manually reset, an interlock
device is included to force the operator to
reset the counter before starting a new transaction.
An optional field programmable pulser provides
either 1, 10, or 100 pulses per unit of volume
and is compatible with most fuel management
systems.
Electronic
Commercial units provide a
self resetting six digit backlit LCD display,
as well as a six digit, electro-mechanical
totalizer. A programmable pulser with 1, 10
or 100 pulses per unit of volume is included.
A sealed head assembly insures that the electronics
are protected from weather and wash down over-spray.
Retail
units calculate both volume and total sale.
Three backlit LCD displays show volume, total
sale, and price per unit of volume including
taxes. Price settings are easily changed using
rotary switches on the motherboard. A six
digit electro-mechanical totalizer and a programmable
volume pulse and nonprogrammable penny pulse
are included. The head assembly is sealed
and electronics are coated to protect against
the elements.

units, rated for 35 GPM, contain a 1 1/2”
positive displacement rotary meter, a 1”
solenoid valve, 1 1/2” inlet strainer,
and 1” discharge to accommodate a 1”
hose and nozzle (7H style).
High
Speed units, rated for 50
GPM, contain a 1 1/2” positive displacement
rotary meter, a 1 1/2” solenoid valve,
1 1/2” inlet strainer, and 1 1/2”
discharge to accommodate a 1 1/2” hose
and nozzle (1290 style).
Models
with integral hose reel use a Hannay spring
rewind reel that will accept up to 75’
of 3/4” or 1” hose, or up to 35’
of 1 1/2” hose.
Mechanical
Commercial units display volume
only and are fitted with a five digit resettable

Retail
units calculate both volume and money. Six
digit, backlit LCD displays are provided for
both volume and money readouts. The price
per unit of volume is displayed on a four
digit, backlit LCD display. A non-resettable
electro mechanical totalizer is provided.
Price changes are easily made using rotary
switches on the motherboard. The motherboard
is conformal coated for maximum environmental
protection. Pulse outputs of 1, 10, or 100
pulses per unit of volume and 1 pulse per
penny is provided.
