Store your boat with complete peace of mind in our steel-reinforced concrete boathouse, built to withstand hurricane force winds up to 150 miles per hour. Or tie up at one of our 35 fixed or floating dock wet slips and enjoy 24-hour security and unlimited access to your boat. Either way, you’ll enjoy customized concierge services to help you get on and off the water with ease. Call ahead and our professional marina staff will have your boat fueled and ready for launch, complete with on-board catering if desired.

Water Side Fueling
Provided design, engineering and permitting services as required to prepare complete permit plans with specifications therein to; provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to install one (1) 12,000 gallon and one (1) 12,000 gallon split compartment Eultron double wall underground storage tanks for multiple fuel dispensing on a BMI floating fuel dock. Install two (2) 2” gasoline and one (1) 2” diesel double wall product piping from designated storage tank compartments to one (1) upland transition sump. Transition sump contains,ball valves, solenoid valves, and breakaway valves. Piping continues thru seawall, under gangway, and within Bellingham dock pvc product pipe chases to three (3) PMC-FH-510 Fuel Hose single hose marine dispensers each with 100 ft of hose on stainless steel electric hose reels.

Upland Fueling
Install one (1) 6,000 gallon Metal Products Eultron split compartment Underground Storage Tank. Install new one (1) 2” gasoline and one (1) 2” diesel double wall Nupi product piping from each 3,000 gallon compartment of the new 6,000 gallon storage tank system to two (2)PMC-FH 510 Fuelhouse dispensers with internal electrical 100ft hose.

Install Nema 4 stainless steel electrical sub panel designated for fueling equipment at each fuel facility

Install TMS authorization console with relay box and interface at each fuel facility.

Install Omntec compliance monitoring system at each fuel facility.
