The
famed Pier 66 Marina features a 142 slip world
class marina, and is Florida’s foremost
yachting center to some of the worlds most
celebrated mega yachts.
The
design team was awarded this project after
agreeing with the clients time frame requirements.
The priority of this project was not to interrupt
business for more than 10 days.

Our
interdisciplinary teams provided the design,
engineering, permitting, and installation
of +1000 ft of Environ flexible UV protected
3" coaxial piping. The existing fiberglass
product piping was removed from under the
existing dock, after all product was removed
and piping was inert.
A
fiberglass transition sump complete with ball
valves was installed at the seawall. A 42"
fiberlite manhole was installed for easy accessibility.
Environ 3" UV coaxial flex pipe was installed
under the pier and dock and was attached using
fiberglass ackenstrut.

The
removal and new installation , including all
testing was completed on schedule within a
10 day time period. All service, maintenance
and compliance work for the entire fuel system
was also provided.
