The City Marina
The City Marina is the boating center of historic Charleston, Voted Marina of the Year 1999, 2000, 2001.
Bahia Mar
The Bahia Mar Yachting Center is homeport for some of the most prestigious names in the yachting world.
Marathon
Marathon Marina is the first marina when entering the Boot Key Harbor Channel, port-side, between green markers 7 & 9. The marina layout called for High Speed fueling at multiple locations on separate docks. The client requested to dispense diesel fuel at 50 gpm at one location on the North dock and additional two (2) locations on the same dock at 35 gpm.
Rybovich Spencer Marina
A $100-million project that will include building over 200 residential units, adding a retail area open to the public, and 125 wet slips with dry stack storage is part of the upgrade to the Rybovich Spencer property.
Leeward Resort
IGY has been chosen to operate the new Turks & Caicos Yacht Club (TCYC) at the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa on the Turks and Caicos, B.W.I. Opening in Spring 2008, the 110-slip marina will accommodate vessels up to 200 feet and will hold the distinction of being one of the world’s first eco-marinas.
