The Sails Hotel, Marina, and Shops of Fort Lauderdale, Florida is located on the Southeast corner of the 17th Street Causeway and the Intracoastal Waterway at one of the deepest channels on the east coast of the United States. Many of the country's largest yachts moor at this location. The Sails is a mixed-use project designed to service the boating community as well as Fort Lauderdale's neighborhoods and tourists

The newly designed and implemented fuel facility is operational at Ft Lauderdale’s newest and most exciting new waterfront development

The fuel facility consists of a total of three (3) Metal Products Elutron double wall underground storage tanks 1-12K gasoline tanks and 2 -12K diesel. Gas is dispensed thru 1 location at 22 gpm. Diesel is dispensed thru 1 position at 35 gpm and two positions at 60-80 gpm.

The High speed diesel delivery system consists of two (2) PMC-FH-720 with 1.5” internal hose reel delivery system. Mega Yachts and Sport fishing boats will be able to fuel at + 60-80 gpm while berthed at concrete fixed dock parallel to the intracostal waterway. Located on the southern upland docks, gasoline and diesel dispensing will consist of one (1) PMC-FH-510 marina dispenser each.

The diesel fuel delivery system consists of two (2) 4hp Fe Petro submersible pumps with the a tank piping manifold for diesel fueling, and one (1) 4hp Fe Petro submersible pump for gasoline. Double wall fuel delivery piping +1500 ft of Environ Geoflex-M 3" for diesel and +1000 ft of Geoflex-M 2”for gasoline.

All piping, dispenser, and piping sumps will be monitored by a Pneumercator TMS-3000 system with the capability of remote.
