A $100-million project that will include building over 200 residential units, adding a retail area open to the public, and 125 wet slips with dry stack storage is part of the upgrade to the Rybovich Spencer property.
The areas most state of the art fueling project consists of the installation 30,000 gallons of diesel storage capacity and 10,000 gallons of gasoline. One (1) 20,000 gallon and one (1) 20,000 gallon split compartment 10/10 Metal Products Eultron double wall storage tanks will be required for the storage system. The High speed delivery system consists of a three PMC-FH-720 fueling positions. Mega Yachts will be able to fuel at + 60-80 gpm while berthed at concrete floating docks within the North and South basin. Gasoline dispensing will consist of one (1) PMC –FH-510 marina dispenser located on the concrete floating dock system in North basin.
The diesel fuel delivery system consists of (4) four 4hp Fe Petro submersible pumps with the a tank piping manifold for diesel fueling, Fuel delivery piping +2500 ft of Environ Geoflex-M 3″ for diesel and +1000 ft of 2” for gasoline. A Cimtek Titan III filtering system will allow the diesel fuel to be filtered and obtain the required flow rates.
All piping will be installed through Bellingham Marine 6” pvc sleeves located within each floating dock. All piping, dispenser, and piping sumps will be monitored by a Pneumercator TMS-3000 system with the capability of remote.
Phase II and III the engineering, design, and permitting is underway. The proposed facility will be adding one (1) 20,000 Metal products Eultron double wall underground diesel storage tank. The double wall fuel delivery system will be engineered and installed to provide fuel at +100gpm at 14 in slip fuel positions. Fueling will be provided using a mobile fuel cart for metering of the fuel during each individual sale.
No other facility will be able to offer such a variety of specialized fueling options for the growing mega yacht clientele.
