IGY has been chosen to operate the new Turks & Caicos Yacht Club (TCYC) at the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa on the Turks and Caicos, B.W.I. Opening in Spring 2008, the 110-slip marina will accommodate vessels up to 200 feet and will hold the distinction of being one of the world’s first eco-marinas. Set within the backdrop of a world-class resort facility, the marina will feature premier IGY amenities and service including state-of-the-art technology, 15' wide concrete floating docks, 24-hour access, an on-site Customs and Immigration Services office, and a VIP lounge for captains and crews.

Petroleum Marine Consultants has been contracted to provide a Design-Build project engineered by our Florida Registered Engineer, with the recommended installation practice based on NFPA 30,30A, NEC & PEI/RP200-03

The Marina Fuel facility will consist of three (3) UL-142 double wall 25,000 gallon diesel and one (1) UL-142 double wall 25,000 gallon Above storage tanks within an engineered concrete containment area. Off loading of fuel will be accomplished using a Simplex Marine Smart Pump system.

The Water Sports Marina will dispense gasoline only. The fuel delivery system will consist of one (1) 3” reducing to 2”gasoline Nupi double wall product piping from the designated gasoline fuel tank to two (2) PMC-510 single product gasoline dispensers located on the upland adjacent to a Bellingham floating dock system..

Leeward Going Thru Marina will provide berthing for Mega Yachts.
The diesel fuel delivery system will consist of one (1) 4” Nupi double wall product piping from the three (3) designated diesel fuel tanks to High Speed PMC Fuel House dispensers located on the 600’ in length by 15’ wide Bellingham Unifloat designated fuel dock.

High Speed Diesel dispensing at 100gpm will to be delivered using Camlock connections to specific vessels that are equipped to accept fuel at this rate. The additional two (2) diesel dispensers will provide fueling at the rate of 35-60gpm with traditional nozzles.
